Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

1. Provider and scope

The provider is Skyhaven Ventures LTD, Georgiou Karaiskaki 11-13, Carisa Salonica, Flat/Office 102, 7560 Pervolia, Cyprus · HE 477249 · VAT ID CY60184507T (“we”), trading as “Elisavet Diamanti – CAD Drafting Services”.

These Terms apply to all drafting services we provide. We work exclusively for business customers (e.g. real estate agencies, developers, architecture and engineering offices), not for consumers.

Conflicting terms of the customer only apply if we expressly agree to them in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract

Prices on the website are non-binding guide prices. After reviewing the documents, the customer receives a written offer (e.g. by email) stating scope, fixed price and delivery date.

The contract is concluded when the customer confirms the offer in writing or instructs us to proceed.

3. Scope of services – drafting only

We produce CAD drawings (e.g. floor plans, sections, elevations, digitization of existing plans) strictly according to the customer's specifications and documents. We do not provide design or planning services of our own.

Unless separately agreed in writing, the following are expressly not included:

  • Checking compliance with building regulations, zoning, fire safety, accessibility or similar public-law requirements
  • Preparing or submitting permit applications, or signing as responsible designer or authorized submitter
  • Structural design, building services, thermal or energy certificates
  • Official area calculations (e.g. living-area calculations under national standards)
  • On-site measurement or surveying
  • Licensed architectural or engineering services

4. Technical questions answered by our civil engineer

Where our civil engineer reviews documents for plausibility or answers technical questions, this serves solely the quality of the drawing. It is not a professional engineering review, design or consultation and does not replace review by an architect or engineer appointed by the customer.

5. Customer cooperation

The customer provides all documents, dimensions and specifications needed, completely and correctly, and is solely responsible for their accuracy.

Where information is missing, we mark our assumptions; the customer reviews and approves them. Delays caused by missing or late documents postpone the delivery date accordingly.

6. Review, revisions and acceptance

The customer checks delivered drawings before any use — especially before publication, passing them to third parties, or submission to authorities — for accuracy and suitability for their purpose.

The revision rounds stated in the offer or package are included. Revisions cover deviations from the agreed specifications. New specifications (e.g. additional rooms, new dimensions) are a change of scope and are quoted separately in advance.

Defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery. If no defect is reported within this period or the customer uses the drawing, the work is deemed accepted.

7. Delivery dates

Delivery periods start once all agreed documents and — if agreed — the deposit have been received. Statements such as “24–48 hours” are typical processing times on business days (Mon–Fri) and are binding only if expressly confirmed in the offer.

8. Prices and payment

All prices are net. For customers in another EU member state with a valid VAT ID, invoicing follows the reverse-charge procedure.

Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction. For new customers, packages and larger orders we may request prepayment or a deposit.

Prepaid packages (e.g. 5-pack) can be used within 6 months of purchase. Unused services expire afterwards unless agreed otherwise.

9. Usage rights

After full payment, the customer receives a non-exclusive, unlimited right to use the drawings for their own business purposes, including publication in brochures and property portals.

We may show anonymized excerpts (without address or customer name) as work samples unless the customer objects.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health.

For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to foreseeable, typical damage and capped at the value of the affected order.

We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer documents or specifications, or from using the drawings for purposes outside the agreed scope (e.g. for a permit application or construction without review by an authorized professional).

11. Confidentiality and data protection

We treat all customer documents confidentially and only share them with technical service providers required to fulfil the order. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Use of the website

Website content informs about our services. Images and sample drawings may not be reused without our consent.

13. Final provisions

The laws of the Republic of Cyprus apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is Paphos, Cyprus.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
